Dale, I hope you have a fantastic time during your visit and I wish for you the very best in driving weather. One of my daughters will be here to visit with me for the Thanksgiving holiday also! We have been fighting covid here. I discovered I had it seemingly as it was on the wane. Lucky me, I barely knew I had it! My Grandson inlaw was the hardest hit. Drive safe Dale, I will be thinking of you!

Whew Burch! I dont envy you for that clean up job. Poor Monty, I know he felt horrible having that happen. I hope he is feeling better now and I hope you are also.
Derhelm, sounds like you are really deep into that project! I hope you post pictures when it is complete.

I would think just visiting the Moho would be an incentive to wanting to work on it again. We took our 7 week old grand on a trip from SC to Missouri. It worked out fine.

Looks as tho I have a new neighbor! I am so excited. Our houses are new and mine was the first in the neighborhood. Just noticed some activity over there last night for the first time! My concrete is all cured and they will start building the new garage in a couple of weeks! How is everyone? Any new projects happening?

Our temps are supposed to moderate a bit for the weekend. I sure am glad of that! One of my Grands and I went out to lunch yesterday and last night I was out to dinner. What a day! Since I have moved I still havent found my winter coats. I am hoping I do today. I still have like 5 or so big boxes I havent unpacked.So, I cant pick on full for not finishing his rebuild!

Good to hear it full! We had an abrupt change in weather this week. We went from abnormally warm (80s) to freezingly cold. We had temps below freezing last night. It surely is a shock to the system! I guess from seeing the weather on tv, it happened to most of the east coast. I hope everyone got their "castles" winterized!

I sure hope you aren't caught in this rain thing happening today! Altho it was pretty warm during our dark hours, this morning it is very cool. I tell you, I just HATE cold weather. Today we are going to get some rain. I hope it clears up before the children are out this evening. I have not lived in this house before so I don't know if ghosts and goblins will visit me tonight. Actually this house is a new build so it would be new to the children also. Did I mention, I love having children visit in their costumes?

We have had several days of extremely warm weather and cool nights. They were enjoyed! After today tho we are segueing back to more normal temps and rain. We had an outstanding weekend here. Now back to same o same o. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Dale. Hope the light coat you got is really one you like. that seems to be the way I get my favorite clothing. I guess the booty of the whole deal was seeing the rocket launch! Lucky you! Did that excite the children? Of course, if they see it regularly they may have just taken it as an everyday occurrence. God Bless you for being there for your grands. So many people today just sail on in life and ignore them. Love reading your posts,

Good Morning! I was outside yesterday getting a new section of driveway made and a pad for another garage when I on the way to the house, lost my balance and fell hard face first into the concrete walkway. I look like a raccoon and one of my eyes is so swollen I can barely see out of it.
Burch, we have been having those temps here for a few weeks now. My guy Charles is a quick out and back in guy, hes kinda large to be a house dog, but, it is what it is. I really enjoy reading this site. Have a great day .

Thank God she was found and is safe and unharmed. I worried all the time about my children and then Grand children. Most campers are great family people, but then, you never know.

No wonder humans are so loving to their dogs. They bring us so much joy and entertainment. I bought Charles a new bed. It is beautiful and fluffy. Guess where he prefers to sleep? The floor! I am thinking the thick fluffy bed maybe too warm. Maybe in the dead of winter he will see its advantages.
